Situated at the top of Polkirt Hill the rear of the house offers far reaching sea views out to Chapel Point and surrounding countryside, whilst within easy walking distance to the centre of Mevagissey.

 Set back from the road our home provides convenient and private off road parking,  and a private rear garden – ideal if bringing your 4-legged family members (yes, dogs are welcome!).

The kitchen is well equipped with hob, oven, under counter fridge, dishwasher and if you can pull yourselves away from the renowned local restaurants, a fold away dining table and chairs are provided.

The back door leads to the private garden including a raised deck with table and chairs for you to dine alfresco, and relax and admire the picturesque view all year round, with steps leading down to the lawn.

The sitting room boasts a large picture window with far reaching sea views, TV, sofa and chairs.

The Master bedroom has a picture window looking out to Chapel Point, with a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. The Twin room includes 2 single beds, wardrobe and chest of drawers. The Single room has 1 single bed and wardrobe. The bathroom includes both a Bath and a walk in Shower.

There is also a freezer, a washing machine and a tumble dryer in the garage for your convenience.

Our Meva Home is fully heated providing year-round comfort, and includes free Wi-Fi.
